– First Tuesdays with The Midwest Independent Film Festival continue with the
Chicago Premiere of Annabelle & Bear on Tuesday, May 4th at Landmark’s Century Centre
Cinema, 2828 North Clark beginning at 6 p.m. Director and Michigan filmmaker Amy Weber will be in attendance for a post-screening
discussion with the audience.
JUST ADDED: The May 4th First Tuesday festivities are being presented by Canon and will include an exclusive pre-show presentation of the latest and great filmmaking technology from Canon. More info later this week!
Film Synopsis: A junkie. A rebel. An innocent little girl. Not all families come in a perfect package. Directed, co-written and executive produced by Amy Weber of Radish Creative Group. Co-written by associate producer Tracey Sims, co-produced by Tina Weber and Melissa Hughes. This superb cast includes newcomers Olivia Walby as Annabelle and Curt Massof as Bear.
Opening Music Video: Festival Premiere of "Bring Yourself" by critically acclaimed Chicago band Oh My God. Animated and produced by "Adult Swim" veteran Dan Bigelow, who will be flying in for the premiere. Confirmed attendees include Split Red Records owner Timm Martins and bandmates Ig and Billy of Oh My God.

Tuesday, May 4, 2010 -- screening begins with a Pre-Show Cocktail Reception (sponsored by Heineken and Candid Wines) at Landmark’s Century Centre Cinema (2828 North Clark) at 6 p.m. Our exclusive presentation from Canon will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the theater. Annabelle & Bear screens promptly at 7:30 p.m. A post-screening reception will be held immediately following the film at Forno Diablo, 433 West Diversey.
