2022 Best of The Midwest Awards
The Best of the Midwest Awards is the annual capstone event of the Midwest Film Festival and typically entertains a “sold out” crowd. It’s a night of celebration and synergy - connecting people, networking, and focusing on the unique film treasures brought to us by Midwestern filmmakers.

About the Event
The Best of The Midwest Awards kick off at 7:00 pm, Thursday, November 3rd, at CineCity Studio Chicago. Guests are invited to enjoy networking, an open bar, groovy tunes, and lite bites. At 8:00 pm, join us for an exciting awards ceremony hosted by Jonathan Desir that includes clips from each nominated film, special guests from the community revealing the winners, and filmmakers' acceptance speeches. It will be a special night to reconnect with old friends and colleagues while meeting new collaborators. Grab your best cocktail attire, dancing shoes, and business cards, as you won't want to miss the hottest party of the year!
Each ticket includes 4-hours of open bar service sponsored by CineCity Studios Chicago, Lamborghini Downers Grove, and Lamborghini Gold Coast.
Getting There & Parking Information:
Limited parking is available at CineCity or via Western Avenue and 14th street. It is recommended that attendees utilize ride-share services. Public transportation options are limited, but the nearest options are the pink line, blue line, and Western bus.
Health & Safety Information:
Midwest Film Festival follows all current City of Chicago Covid protocols. At this time, attendees are not required to show proof of vaccination, a negative COVID-19 test, or wear a mark. We encourage guests to maintain social distancing. If you are feeling under the weather, please stay home.
